Body scan meditation is a mindfulness practice where you systematically bring your attention to different parts of your body, noticing sensations without judgment. It's a simple and effective way to reconnect with your physical self and enhance awareness of your body.
Then soul scan meditation, a practice that focuses on introspection and self-awareness at a deeper, more profound level, potentially exploring one's core values, beliefs, and emotions – aspects often associated with the concept of "soul".
Some great tips will be offered and time to reflect.
