Congrats!!

 We know this Group  or Family Reading is a very special event and we want to help you make the most of it!

We have booked a  group reading for you, please refer to your confirmation email to make sure the details are correct.   Group reads are 120 mins and are based on the minimum 10 guests. Ultimate duration may vary due to final guest count.    

Rev. Rivera Will arrive no more than 5 minutes before your scheduled start time. She will not mingle before hand as a courtesy to your guests. (She would not want them to think she needs them to tell her anything before she gets started, or that she overheard them talking about things.)

This is one reason we don't ask for a guest list or anything, she wants to assure each guest in ALL circumstances of the integrity of her connection to the Spirit World!!

During each Message circle, each guest can choose from the following message types: 

•  Message From Loved Ones: Souls of Family Members and Friends in Heaven bring proof that they live on. 

                  ( Most groups and Family groups choose this option) 

• Message From Angels: Souls of Your Guardian Angel and/or Spiritual Guides bring a sacred vision message about deeper life topics, to provide insight, wisdom and guidance.

• Message From the Soul: Rev. Rivera reads YOUR soul and shares a message that was written upon YOUR soul. This is a past present and future LIFE reading.

Please create a "circle" in the chosen room where everyone will have direct sight of Rev. Rivera.

Please have everyone gathered in the reading room on time and ready to begin. If you invite guests who have a tendency to arrive late, please be aware that the start time is the start time.  Once the circle starts no one can join later than everyone else, that would be considered disruptive and disrespectful to your loved ones. 

Please make sure to put out a box of tissue and a waste paper basket. 

Please have your guests turn off any noise making devices. ( cell phones, tablets, anything that could cause unexpected distraction)

Please Print out the following sign in sheet and have everyone sign it before her arrival. The emails provided will be used to send out a copy of the reading recording.

You will be contacted during the week leading up to your party to confirm that you are still "a go".

 For Non-Family groups:

The minimum payment will be 400$, which includes up to 10 guests. 40$ per each guest over 10 ( not including the hostess) for a maximum total of 20 participants.

The hostess does NOT pay when there are 10 guests. 

Please collect the payment prior to her arrival and place the entire sum in an envelope and hand it to her before she begins, along with the email list so she knows who is participating.

 Any person/child who is participating, is expected to pay for admittance. (Except for the hostess when there are 10 or more guests)

Any person/child/pet not participating should NOT be in the reading area. 

For Family groups: 

90 mins= $300 and each guest gets a short message 

120$ = $400 and each guest gets a longer message

• Rev. Rivera will attempt to record each session. The recordings will be sent as Rev. Rivera's gift. Your guests are paying for a reading not a recording. There are NO refunds based on if someone can get,  download or SAVE the recording or if the sound quality is acceptable.  No one is discouraged from recording the session. Every smartphone is capable of taking a recording though folks may need to download an app such as Smartrecorder*. 

• Each guest will be asked to give an email address to Rev. Rivera. If someone is elderly or doesn't have email for any other reason. They are encouraged to provide a friend's or family member's email address instead. We will retain each recording for 1 week as we attempt to deliver it . 

• A link to download the recording will be  sent via email on at least the Friday following your event. If someone doesn't get a link that provides access to it by then, please have them text 412-804-8010 and let Natalie know so we can get it to you.
