FAQ #1 Do I need to do my reading "in person"?
At this time, I no longer maintain a physical office; however, I am still happy to offer in-person sessions when needed.
While many people feel a preference for in-person readings, it’s important to know that a session is not more accurate in one format versus another. All readings are conducted energetically, which means they can be just as effective over the phone or via video as they are in person. There is truly no difference in the quality of the connection.
If your loved ones wish to come through, they will do so regardless of location—their ability to connect is not dependent on where you are, but where they are.
For all readings, your openness and state of mind are what matter most. When you are in the right space to receive, the information flows naturally—it really is that simple.
Faq #2 wHAT ARE YOUR RATES?
Most sessions can be comfortably completed within half an hour or 40 minutes . A 30-minute session for one person is $100.
When scheduling, please discuss your specific needs with Natalie. If additional time is recommended, she will guide you on the best option.
FAQ #3 What if no one comes through?
In most cases, your Loved Ones are just as excited for this session as you are and have been preparing to connect with you. However, there are times when a connection may not come through. Some examples include:
- They have passed recently. It can take time for Loved Ones to acclimate and learn how to communicate. Please allow at least six months before scheduling to avoid a potentially disappointing experience.
- You are not in a good headspace. If you are feeling upset, closed off, or emotionally unbalanced, it’s best to reschedule. Your openness plays an important role in the connection.
- They are not available to come through. In some cases, Loved Ones may no longer be in the afterlife or may be unavailable—for example, they may have reincarnated or are otherwise unable to connect at this time.
- You are under the influence. Please do not attend a session while intoxicated. This is very important, as it interferes with the clarity and integrity of the reading.
FAQ #4 How far out are you booked?
The general wait times vary but for individual sessions held during the week, several weeks is typical and for groups it can be several months. Don't worry we do try to make adjustments if something is more emergent, please mention it when booking, text 412-804-8010.

No, you don't have to tell Rev. Rivera anything. She will tell you who is with you that she can hear right up front, if that isn't who you are hoping to connect with, you may need to give your person permission to step to the front of the line, for lack of anything better to call it, so that they can have the stage. It's best to see who tries to come through.
FAQ#8 how much info do i need to give to book?
Whatever info you want. We use a first name and phone number to book, but you can give any name, a code name, a fake name, it doesn't matter because we aren't going to research you before you come. Rev. Rivera ensures the integrity of her connection. We do need a phone number to book the appointment, and then to confirm. If you don't want to confirm your session, we will happily give it to someone on the waiting list. We simply ask that if you make an appointment, that you be serious about showing up for that appointment because the wait time is long for those who are waiting.
FAQ #9 What if i am scared?
We can tell you there is nothing to worry about. Rev. Rivera is kind and welcoming, she is aware that these are not "regular" conversations and that folks may be sad, uneasy or scared and she will be patient and kind, welcoming, warm and as regular as tlking to a dear old friend. You have nothing to worry about.
