FAQ #1 Do I need to do my reading "in person"?

While you may prefer to be seen in person, no reading is in fact more accurate doing it in one mode versus another. Readings are conducted energetically, and that can be achieved over the phone or through video which is JUST AS GOOD as in person. There is absolutely no difference. If your Loved Ones want to come through, they will do so no matter where you are, it really only matters where THEY are. If they are in the "right place" then they can come through. If you are having some other sort of reading and you are in the right frame of mind, info will FLOW, it's just that simple.

Faq #2 wHAT ARE YOUR RATES?

Basically most sessions can be done in a half hour, and half hour sessions for 1 person are 90$. Please discuss your needs with Natalie when scheduling and if more than a half hour is needed she can tell you.

FAQ #3 What if no one comes through?

In most cases, your Loved Ones (LOLOS) are just as excited to have this session as you are and have been busy preparing to meet you. There are circumstances when no one would come through. Here are some examples:

They haven't been there long enough to learn how to come through ( PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE give them time to settle in and wait 6 months before asking us and risking a disappointing session.
You are in a bad/foul mood. If you are not in a good head space, please reschedule.
Your Loved One (LOLOS) are not / not any longer in the afterlife. Some folks are simply not available to come through, they may have reincarnated, or for some other reason are unavailable.
You are intoxicated. This is a HUGE no no, please don't ever attempt to be read when you are intoxicated.

FAQ #4 How far out are you booked?

The very general wait times vary but for individual sessions held during the week, several weeks wait time is typical and for groups it can be several months. Don't worry we do try to make adjustments if something is more emergent, please mention it when booking, text 412-804-8010.

FAQ#5 How do I pay?

If in person, cash is king but otherwise you can pay with Venmo, Cash App or by credit card. If by phone or video, have your credit card handy when you are about to begin your session.

faq #7 if I want to connect to a loved one, do i need to tell you who i want to connect to

No, you don't have to tell Rev. Rivera anything. She will tell you who is with you that she can hear right up front, if that isn't who you are hoping to connect with, you may need to give your person permission to step to the front of the line, for lack of anything better to call it, so that they can have the stage, but even that doesn't happen often.

FAQ#8 how much info do i need to give to book?

Whatever info you want. We use a first name and phone number to book, but you can give any name, a code name, a fake name, it doesn't matter because we aren't going to research you before you come. Rev. Rivera ensures the integrity of her connection and we need a phone number to book the appointment, and then to confirm. If you don't want to confirm your session, we will happily give it to someone on the waiting list. We simply ask that if you make an appointment, that you be serious about showing up for that appointment because the wait time is long for those who are waiting.

FAQ #9 What if i am scared?

We can tell you there is nothing to worry about. Rev. Rivera is kind and welcoming, she is aware that these are not "regular" conversations and that folks may be sad, uneasy or scared and she will be patient and kind, welcoming, warm and as regular as tlking to a dear old friend. You have nothing to worry about.
