We know this Reading Party with Rev. Rivera is a very special event and we want to help you make the most of it!
If you have been directed to this page, CONGRATS! This means we have booked a private reading party for you.
THE INFO YOU NEED AS THE HOSTESS:
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR NOW:
- Please have a look at the google calendar invite (or text of calendar set up) now and make sure the details of your party such as the address, cellphone number and start time are correct. ( we may have texted you a picture of our calendar entry if you bookied by text) just have a look to see that the details look right.
- Please to let us know everything looks good, and that you have reviewed the information. I want to make sure this process flows as smoothly as possible for you AND Rev. Rivera. This way she doesn't show up at some other lady's house ready to read, or your house 3 hours early lol!
- CASH is preferred but your guests can pay with CashApp ,Venmo or Zelle if they would like. No credit cards or checks are taken at a party.
- Every session is 20-25 mins long but you may not want to bore the guests by having the later reads have to sit and wait the entire time, it is safe to stagger arrival times but have everyone arrive at least 30 mins early in case for some odd reason someone just can not be read.
- Hostess will get a FREE reading when there are 8 or more guests at the party.
Please understand the party fee structure!
1. 70$ PER GUEST (WHEN YOU HAVE 8 OR MORE GUESTS) AT PGH MEDIUM PARTY
2. 80$ PER GUEST (WHEN YOU HAVE FEWER THAN 8 GUESTS) AT PGH MEDIUM PARTY
3. HOSTESS IS PAYING A SET HOURLY RATE OF 150$ PER HOUR AT PER HOUR PARTY.
( A "per hour" party fee is paid by the hostess and is expected in cash upon arrival.)
4. 60$ PER GUEST (REGARDLESS OF GUEST COUNT) AT AN ANGEL PARTY
FOR LATER (BEFORE THE PARTY):
- Put Rev. Rivera in a private and clean room.
- Rev. Rivera will need a table and two chairs, since she will be sitting for several hours at least. (A table please?? Not a TV tray, not a coffee or end table.) No metal folding chairs.
- Please place the table and chairs by an outlet.
- Please put out a box of tissues for your guests.
- Please put out a small trash can for those used tissues.
Rev. Rivera Will arrive so that she is READY to go at your scheduled starting time.
Rev. Rivera will not mingle before the party as a courtesy to your guests. She would not want them to think she needs them to tell her anything before she gets started, or that she overheard them talking about things. This is one reason we don't ask for a guest list or anything, she wants to assure each guest in ALL circumstances of the integrity of her connection to the Spirit World!!
Here's the basic schedule for the party:
10 (ish) mins before your party start, Rev. Rivera will arrive and get set up.
The 1st half of your guest list will be read and each guest will have 30 mins to have the reading of their choice.
Half way through the guest list, Rev. Rivera will take a little potty break.
The 2nd half of your guest list will be read and each guest will have 30 mins to have the reading of their choice.
Rev. Rivera will pack up and take her leave.
**Special Note**
For winter parties, we DO keep an eye on the weather and will make you aware of any upcoming weather related events, and should we feel you may need to postpone. If you have concerns, please contact Natalie at 412-804-8010 to discuss weather postponements.
If your guests are all related and will want to have Loved Ones readings, it is best to have them sit together. Any particular Loved One can really only be expected to come through for a limited amount of time. If everyone is related you may want to consider having a Family Group reading.

EVERYTHING YOUR GUESTS NEED TO KNOW
- Please have your guests read the documents I am attaching, it will help them prepare for the reading and let them know what to expect.
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL GUESTS:
- Please note, no one should drink alcohol in excess before having a reading. If someone is intoxicated, Rev. Rivera reserves the right to refuse to read for that person. Readings are her ministry, so she asks that people remember to have fun and drink in moderation before seeing her. These readings are a demonstration of her faith, consider it like going to church.
- Every guest WILL be asked to choose a reading type, and they SHOULD know WHEN they sit down to be read. If they have questions about which type of reading to get, have them text us at 412-804-8010 in the week leading up to the party and Natalie can help them figure it out.
- Rev. Rivera will attempt to record each session. The recordings will be sent as Rev. Rivera's gift. Your guests are paying for a reading not a recording. There are NO refunds based on if someone can get, download or SAVE the recording or if the sound quality is acceptable. No one is discouraged from recording the session on their own phone. Every smartphone is capable of taking a recording though folks may need to download an app such as Smartrecorder*.
- Each guest will be asked to give an email address to Rev. Rivera. If someone is elderly or doesn't have email for any other reason. They are encouraged to provide a friend's or family member's email address instead. We will retain each recording for 1 week as we attempt to deliver it .
- A link to download the recording will be sent via email on at least the Friday following your event. If someone doesn't get a link that provides access to it by then, please have them text 412-804-8010 and let Natalie know so we can get it to you.
- Every guest will pay Rev. Rivera directly themselves. The fee is per session, and YES you can have more than 1 session.
- CASH is preferred but you can pay with CashApp or Venmo if you would like. No credit cards or checks are taken at a party. LINKS/QR codes are provided in the forms above.
- Please choose 1 OR 2 options to have in your session. If you choose 2 types, the session should be basically split in half between the two.
