We know this Reading Party with Rev. Rivera is a very special event and we want to help you make the most of it!
If you have been directed to this page, CONGRATS! This means we have booked a private reading party for you.
THE INFO YOU NEED AS THE HOSTESS:
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR NOW:
- Please have a look at the google calendar invite (or text of calendar set up) now and make sure the details of your party such as the address, cellphone number and start time are correct. ( we may have texted you a picture of our calendar entry if you bookied by text) just have a look to see that the details look right.
- Please to let us know everything looks good, and that you have reviewed the information. We want to make sure this process flows as smoothly as possible for you AND Rev. Rivera. This way she doesn't show up at some other lady's house ready to read, or your house 3 hours early lol!
- CASH is preferred but your guests can pay with CashApp ,Venmo or Zelle if they would like. No credit cards or checks are taken at a party.
- Every session is 20 or 25 mins long (depending on your choice up front) but you may not want to bore the guests by having the later reads have to sit and wait the entire time, it is safe to stagger arrival times but have everyone arrive at least 30 mins early in case for some odd reason someone just cannot be read.
- Hostess will get a FREE reading when there are 8 or more guests at the party. Larger parties with a free hostess reading are generally on Saturdays or Sundays. The size structure is designed for smaller parties on Fridays nights. If you want to add more guests please ASK.
Please understand the party fee structure!
1. 70$ PER GUEST at a mixed reading party
2.. 60$ PER GUEST (REGARDLESS OF GUEST COUNT) AT An Angel Party or Soul Party
Party Set up:
- Put Rev. Rivera in a private and clean room.
- Rev. Rivera will need a table and two chairs, since she will be sitting for several hours at least. (A table please?? Not a TV tray, not a coffee or end table.) No metal folding chairs.
- Please put out a box of tissues for your guests.
- Please put out a small trash can for those used tissues.
Rev. Rivera Will arrive so that she is READY to go at your scheduled starting time, about 10-15 mins before party start time.
Rev. Rivera will not mingle before the party as a courtesy to your guests. She would not want them to think she needs them to tell her anything before she gets started, or that she overheard them talking about things. This is one reason we don't ask for a guest list or anything, she wants to assure each guest in ALL circumstances of the integrity of her connection to the Spirit World!!
Here's the basic schedule for the party:
Rev. Rivera will arrive and get set up.
The 1st half of your guest list will be read and each guest will have time to have the reading of their choice.
Half way through the guest list, Rev. Rivera will take a little potty break, a snack and a mental break. (10 mins)
The 2nd half of your guest list will be read and each guest will have time to have the reading of their choice.
Rev. Rivera will pack up and take her leave.
**Special Note**
For winter parties, we DO keep an eye on the weather and will make you aware of any upcoming weather related events, and should we feel you may need to postpone. If you have concerns, please contact Natalie at 412-804-8010 to discuss weather postponements.
If your guests are all related and will want to have Loved Ones readings, it is best to have them sit together. Any particular Loved One can really only be expected to come through for a limited amount of time. If everyone is related you really should consider having a Family Group reading instead.
