We know this Reading Event with Rev. Rivera is very special and we want to help you make the most of it!
If you have been directed to this page, CONGRATS! This means we have booked a private reading event for you, please take a moment right now to make sure you got a Google calendar invitation, if you didn't, please text Nat at 412-804-8010.
THE INFO YOU NEED AS THE HOSTESS:
FOR NOW:
- Please have a look at the google calendar invite now and make sure the details of your event such as the address, cellphone number and start time are correct.
- Please hit accept on the invitation to let us know everything looks good, and that you have reviewed the information.
- If you didn't get the google calendar invitation, or something is wrong please write me back asap. I want to make sure this process flows as smoothly as possible for you AND Rev. Rivera. This way she doesn't show up at some other lady's house ready to read, or your house 3 hours early lol!
- Please understand the fee and structure! Party session fee is 80$ .
- We will ask for your final guest count on the Monday leading up to your event. No guests should be added after that point except as a replacement if someone drops out.
- CASH is preferred but your guests can pay with CashApp or Venmo if they would like. No credit cards or checks are taken at the event.
- Every session is 30 mins long , it is safe to stagger arrival times but have everyone arrive at least 30 ins early in case for some odd reason something happens.
FOR LATER (BEFORE THE PARTY):
- Put Rev. Rivera in a room (with a door) where it's CLEAN.
- Rev. Rivera will need a table and two chairs, since she will be sitting for several hours at least. No metal folding chairs.
- Please place the table and chairs by an outlet and put out a 3 prong extension cord.
- Please put out a box of tissues for your guests.
- Please put out a small trash for those used tissues.
Rev. Rivera Will arrive so that she is READY to go at your scheduled starting time.
Rev. Rivera will not mingle before the event as a courtesy to your guests. She would not them to think she needs them to tell her anything before she gets started, or that she overheard them talking about things. This is one reason we don't ask for a guest list or anything, she wants to assure each guest in ALL circumstances of the integrity of her connection to the Spirit World!!
Here's the basic schedule for the event:
15 before your start time, Rev. Rivera will arrive and get set up.
The 1st half of your guest list will be read and each guest will have 30 mins to have the reading of their choice.
Half way through the guest list, Rev. Rivera will take 10 mins to have a break.
The 2nd half of your guest list will be read and each guest will have 30 mins to have the reading of their choice.
Rev. Rivera will pack up and take her leave.

For winter eventss, we DO keep an eye on the weather and will make you aware of any upcoming weather related events, and should we feel you may need to postpone. If you have concerns, please contact Natalie at 412-804-8010 to discuss weather postponements.

EVERYTHING YOUR GUESTS NEED TO KNOW
- Please have your guests read the documents I am attaching, it will help them prepare for the reading and let them know what to expect.
- Please note, no one should drink alcohol in excess before having a reading. If someone appears to be visibly intoxicated, Rev. Rivera reserves the right to refuse to read for that person. Readings are her ministry, so she asks that people remember to have fun and drink in moderation before seeing her. These readings are a demonstration of her faith, consider it like going to church.
- Every guest WILL be asked to choose a reading type, and they SHOULD know WHEN they sit down to be read. If they have questions about which type of reading to get, have them text us at 412-804-8010 in the week leading up to the party and Natalie can help them figure it out.
- Rev. Rivera will attempt to record each session. The recordings will be sent as Rev. Rivera's gift. Your guests are paying for a reading not a recording. There are NO refunds based on if someone can get, download or SAVE the recording or if the sound quality is acceptable. No one is discouraged from recording the session. Every smartphone is capable of taking a recording though folks may need to download an app such as Smartrecorder*.
- Each guest will be asked to give an email address to Rev. Rivera. If someone is elderly or doesn't have email for any other reason. They are encouraged to provide a friend's or family member's email address instead. We will retain each recording for 1 week as we attempt to deliver it .
- A link to download the recording will be sent via email on at least the Tuesday following your event. If someone doesn't get a link that provides access to it by then, please have them text 412-804-8010 and let Natalie know so we can get it to you.
- Every guest will pay Rev. Rivera directly themselves. Fee is 80$ per session, and YES you can have more than 1 session.
- CASH is preferred but you can pay with CashApp or Venmo if you would like. No credit cards or checks are taken at a party. QR codes are provided in the forms above.
- Please choose at least 1 and up to 2 options to have in your session. If you choose 2 types, the session should be basically split in half between the two.
