We know this Salon day reading event with Rev. Rivera is very special and we want to help you make the most of it!
If you have been directed to this page, CONGRATS! This means we have booked a "Salon day" reading party for you.
THE INFO YOU NEED AS THE VENUE HOSTESS:
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR NOW:
- Please have a look at the google calendar invite now and make sure the details of your party such as the address, cellphone number and start time are correct. ( we may have texted you a picture of our calendar entry if you bookied by text instead) just have a look to see that the details look right.
- Please to let us know everything looks good, and that you have reviewed the information. I want to make sure this process flows as smoothly as possible for you AND Rev. Rivera. This way she doesn't show up at some other lady's business ready to read, or your house 3 hours early lol!
- The venue hostess will negotiate payment terms prior to booking.
- It is customary for the venue to accept pre-payment for the guests. a. 20 min sessions are 70$ or 30 min sessions are 80$.
- Once a spot has been secured, the venue hostess will provide a final count to Rev. Rivera on the week leading up to the party. (We normally check in on Thursday or Friday).
- Rev Rivera asks to be paid upon arrival. (For example you have 8 guests who ALL choose the 30 min session... this means payment for 8 x 80$ would be placed in an envelope for Rev. Rivera.)
- A list of first names is nice but not necessary. An introduction of some sort is welcomed.
Please understand the party fee structure!
1. 70$ PER GUEST for a 20 min spot.
2. 80$ PER GUEST for a 30 min spot
FOR LATER (BEFORE THE PARTY):
- Put Rev. Rivera in a private and clean room.
- Rev. Rivera will need a table and two chairs, since she will be sitting for several hours at least. No metal folding chairs. If you do not have a table, please advise and Rev Rivera will bring one.
- Please place the table and chairs by an outlet.
- Please put out a box of tissues for your guests.
- Please put out a small trash can for those used tissues.
Rev. Rivera Will arrive abput 15 mins early so that she is READY to go at your scheduled starting time.
Rev. Rivera will not mingle before the party as a courtesy to your guests. She would not want them to think she needs them to tell her anything before she gets started, or that she overheard them talking about things. This is one reason we don't ask for a guest list or anything, she wants to assure each guest in ALL circumstances of the integrity of her connection to the Spirit World!!
Here's the basic schedule for the party:
Salon day reading party begins
Four of your guests will be read and each guest will have the reading of their choice. After 4 sessions, Rev Rivera will take a short potty break.
The next four guests will have the reading of their choice. Rev Rivera will repeat 4 guests and a potty break untill all your guests have been read.
Rev. Rivera will pack up and take her leave.
**Special Note**
For winter parties, we DO keep an eye on the weather and will make you aware of any upcoming weather related events, and should we feel you may need to postpone. If you have concerns, please contact us 412-804-8010 to discuss weather postponements.
If your guests are all related and will want to have Loved Ones readings, it is best to have them sit together. Any particular Loved One can really only be expected to come through for a limited amount of time. If everyone is related you may want to consider having a Family Group reading. If any person chooses to share the session with a family member hoping to connect to the SAME loved one, there is an additional charge of 20$ per additional guest.

EVERYTHING YOUR GUESTS NEED TO KNOW
- Please have your guests read the documents I am attaching, it will help them prepare for the reading and let them know what to expect.
Payment options (IF the venue has not chosen prepayment)
GENERAL INFORMATION FOR ALL GUESTS:
- Please note, no one should drink alcohol in excess before having a reading. If someone is intoxicated, Rev. Rivera reserves the right to refuse to read for that person. Readings are her ministry, so she asks that people remember to have fun and drink in moderation before seeing her. These readings are a demonstration of her faith, consider it like going to church.
- Every guest WILL be asked to choose a reading type, and they SHOULD know WHEN they sit down to be read. If they have questions about which type of reading to get, have them text us at 412-804-8010 in the week leading up to the party and Natalie can help them figure it out.
- Rev. Rivera will attempt to record each session. The recordings will be sent as Rev. Rivera's gift. Your guests are paying for a reading not a recording. There are NO refunds based on if someone can get, download or SAVE the recording or if the sound quality is acceptable. No one is discouraged from recording the session on their own phone. Every smartphone is capable of taking a recording though folks may need to download an app such as Smartrecorder*.
- Each guest will be asked to give an email address to Rev. Rivera. If someone is elderly or doesn't have email for any other reason. They are encouraged to provide a friend's or family member's email address instead. We will retain each recording for 1 week as we attempt to deliver it .
- A link to download the recording will be sent via email on at least the Friday following your event. If someone doesn't get a link that provides access to it by then, please have them text 412-804-8010 and let Natalie know so we can get it to you.
- Every guest will pay Rev. Rivera directly themselves. The fee is per session, and YES you can have more than 1 session.
- CASH is preferred but you can pay with CashApp or Venmo if you would like. No credit cards or checks are taken at a party. LINKS/QR codes are provided in the forms above.
- Please choose 1 OR 2 options to have in your session. If you choose 2 types, the session should be basically split in half between the two.
